Once you’ve chosen your package, we’ll schedule a quick call or video chat to confirm details. After that, we’ll send you a contract to officially reserve your day. A $500 retainer is required to secure your date, and once that’s completed—your booking is official.

04. I accidentally deleted my wedding videos, and I can't access to the link after 4 years?
No problem, the video is for you, and I want to do my best to ensure that all couples are happy. We usually accommodate 2 changes without any extra charges, but the third change will incur an additional cost of $200.
03. We love the videos, but we want to make a change at minute 2:45 in the Short Film
No, we do not. Instead, we deliver the videos on a customized website.
On this site, you can share, download, and watch all your videos. To fully experience your wedding day, you can download the app on your smart TV or Apple TV and easily access your videos at home.
02. Do you deliver the videos on USB?
We generally deliver the videos within about 5 weeks, but depending on the month, the delivery time can range between 3-10 weeks
